Selected pictures are added to the Pictures for task pane in My Collection and become your working set. When you click a task tab or toolbar icon, the working set is displayed in the task window.
To select
u A single picture. Click the picture.
u Adjacent pictures. Click the first picture and then Shift-click the last picture you want included in the selection.
To draw a selection box around the pictures, place the cursor in the white space above the first picture you want included in the selection. Hold down the mouse button and drag the cursor across the pictures. Release the mouse button when the cursor is over the last picture you want included in the selection.
u Nonadjacent pictures. Control-click each picture.
u All the pictures. Click Select All.
To deselect
u A single picture. If only one picture is selected, click another picture or click in the white space. To deselect a single picture in a group selection, Control-click the picture.
u All selected pictures. Click in the white space.
